Who we are...
We are the student body of UNICEF Netherlands in Maastricht. We are a team run by students that give opportunities to other students to participate in our projects as UNICEF volunteers.
Of course, we are also working with the other student teams on our common project.
What we do...
We organize a variety of events for our general volunteers.
These can be fundraising event by which we collect funds for our projects with the help of sponsors and participants, and these can also be educational events to raise awareness of the issues that concern UNICEF and this Student Team to ensure that children’s voices around the world are heard.
THE TEAM...
Noha El Hajj,
President USTM
As a group, we all work together under the leadership of the president. We work to promote and follow the values of UNICEF as we believe children are the future of our society and deserve our protection of their lives, rights, and duties.
Neola Chada,
Head of Public Relations
We are the face to the outside.
We manage the promotion and marketing of our events, and we are encharged with creating and designing content for our platforms.
Vanessa Ratke,
Head of Fundraising
With the legal officer and the business development officer, we make sure the team's actions are in order.
With the project development officer, we share the UNICEF values and we take part in the volunteering actions.
Leilani Radaideh,
Head of Education & Awareness
We organize and inform about the educational events that we are hosting, such as debate nights, lectures, movie screenings, and workshops.
Cindy Ayubi,
Head of Internal Affairs
We are in active communication with our volunteers.
We oversee the relations on the team and organize social gatherings between the team members.
